STAGE ONE: Free and no obligation visit
The first course of action is first to visit you in your home and find out your requirements and vision of the changes you want to bring to your house.
We will offer our time during this process to make sure we understand all the relevant facts and options to be considered.
Various phases will be explained starting from the initial discussions of ideas to managing the build and up to the final sign off.
Our aim to achieve your best objective.
This will be a no obligation visit to you and free of cost.
STAGE TWO: Feasibility study
At this stage we will carry out a feasibility study to consider all aspects of your project and to explore the best possibility to maximise the space in your home.
Design and Planning will be carried out at this stage which will include a full Site Survey.
We will assess different areas and measures to ensure we can achieve your proposed changes.
A project estimated cost will be calculated and presented.
We will ensure to work around your budget.
STAGE THREE: Approvals
Once we have received your approval of the designs presented, this stage will then include the architectural drawings to demonstrate the completed work.
At this stage all Building Regulations will have to be adhered to and that all relevant plans must be submitted for approvals.
We will work with you together on this to ensure that all applications have been processed and permissions granted before commencement of building works on your project.

STAGE FOUR: Project Planning & Management
Schedule of works will be presented to understand time frames at different stages of the project.
Pre-build meeting on site – Introduction to the team
Dedicated Project Manager – Professional Office Team – Specialist and Skilled Builders on Site
We ensure to communicate on continuous progress throughout the project.
We will abide with latest Building Regulations. A Building Inspector will ensure this is adhered to by making regular visits on site for approvals.
You will make decisions on various materials, finalise choices on kitchens, bathrooms, electrics, joinery, etc. We will present samples/alternatives/ideas to guide and help you at this stage.
During the course of the build, you can still make changes to your project in relation to any adjustments you would like to the flooring, Doors and Window, Sanitary Ware, Kitchen, etc.
At every phase of this stage of your project our focus will be to ensure that the project runs smoothly and that we are making every positive step to bringing your vision to reality.
STAGE FIVE: Sign off and Completion
Once the build has been completed, final inspections carried out and we have achieved the final product you were expecting we will present all required documents and guarantees.
The Building inspector will issue a Completion Certificate.
The project will be signed off when you are completely satisfied with the project works.
We provide a 6 months defects liability period during which you retain 5% of the project value. On completion of this period we arrange to attend and carry out the listed snagging works.
Our 5% Retention is then released.
